Well done to all the Time-Trialers last Saturday.

We’ll be doing this every Saturday from now on – 9am at the Time Trial-start. Those wanting to leave from Applegreen – organise yourselves to leave at same time to get to start at 9am

This is an ideal session to get ready for the Time trials/Duathlons coming up…
