Reminder – Spinning Tonight!

Reminder Spinning on this evening Tuesday 8pm.

Every Tuesday 8pm – 9.30pm (there’s a warm up and warm down & plenty of time to get set up so we won’t be going hard for the entire time)

Community Centre – Swinford (that’s the one opposite Aras Attracta, beside the golf course)

Bring a bike + turbo trainer + towel + water + €5 per session or €25 for 8 sessions (I think there will be a couple of turbo trainers spare if you haven’t got one)

Beginners especially welcome as the caller is still recovering from last weeks.
